Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager / Manager – HR for our growing teams while managing end-to-end payroll across corporate, retail, and third-party contractual employees. This role will also be responsible for ensuring all HR statutory and labor law compliances are diligently met in our fast-paced and high-growth environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in end to end Employee life cycle management . This candidate will work closely with management.

Responsibilities :

1. HR Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic HR partner to key business functions—corporate and retail.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and grievance handling.
• Own employee lifecycle processes : onboarding, inductions, confirmations to exits.
