- Lead the HR function with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment across all levels, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, leveraging employer branding, innovative sourcing methods, and strong candidate pipelines.
- Enhance employee engagement initiatives, foster a performance-driven culture, and support leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to design HR frameworks that align with long-term business goals.
- Manage HR operations, including performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in building high-performing teams and managing HR at a strategy.
