Role Overview
Neulife is looking for a dynamic HR Manager with a sharp eye for talent acquisition and recruitment to help us scale our high-performance team across functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and is passionate about identifying and onboarding top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and offer rollouts
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across functions including operations, marketing, sales, tech, and supply chain
- Draft compelling job descriptions and coordinate postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments to identify cultural and functional fit
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, candidate MIS, and hiring funnel performance reports
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines
- Support onboarding and smooth handover to HR Ops for joining formalities
Requirements
4-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment , preferably in D2C, FMCG, wellness, or e-commerce industriesStrong understanding of talent sourcing strategies, hiring funnels, and candidate assessmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience with recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn searchSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneouslyWhy Join Neulife?
