Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The HR Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.

• HR Policies and Compliance knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the conglomerate or diverse sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
