Job description

Description :

Lead and conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies.
Analyze behavioral data and user journeys using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase, or CleverTap.
Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate insights into UX improvements and design strategies.
Synthesize research findings into actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Maintain a structured research repository and contribute to building research best practices.
Keep up with FinTech and B2C UX trends to inform ongoing product decisions.

Requirements :

3- 6 years of hands-on experience in UX Research, Product Research, or User Insights.

Proven experience with B2C digital products (FinTech preferred).

Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

Proficiency with research and analytics tools like UserTesting, Maze, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Figma.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present insights effectively.
