Description :
We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Research & Analytics professional to drive data-informed decision-making across our app and web products. This role blends behavioral research, user journey analytics, and design strategy, ensuring that every product improvement is grounded in user insight.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end UX research and analytics roadmap for app and web experiences.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research usability testing, interviews, surveys, heatmaps, and A / B experiments.
- Analyze clickstream, funnel, and behavioral data using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase, CleverTap, etc.
- Translate data into actionable insights that influence product design, marketing, and growth strategy.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to shape new features and optimize existing user journeys.
- Build frameworks to measure Customer Experience (CX) and UX performance KPIs (NPS, engagement, retention, conversion, etc.).
- Present insights to leadership and stakeholders through dashboards and storytelling.
- Mentor junior researchers and analysts; build a scalable UX research function.
Mandatory Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in Behavioral Data Analytics, User Research, or Product Insights for B2C digital products (App / Web).Hands-on experience in user journey analysis, behavioral data tracking, and funnel optimization.Expertise with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, CleverTap, Firebase, Hotjar, or Amplitude.Proven experience driving UX decisions through data and user behavior insights.Strong stakeholder communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in Fintech, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet companies.Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization.Exposure to UX design tools like Figma or Miro for collaboration.Experience in managing cross-functional research programs across multiple products.What We Offer :
