Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Generation :
• Drive revenue and market share within the assigned cluster by meeting sales targets.
• Direct Customer Acquisition :
• Actively engage in direct sales, including cold calling and face-to-face meetings, to acquire new corporate and retail customers.
• Account Management :
• Manage existing corporate and retail accounts to foster growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership :
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals or agents (such as Direct Selling Agents / DSAs or Front-line Sales Representatives) to achieve performance goals.
• Performance Monitoring :
• Monitor and manage team performance, providing coaching and support to ensure targets are met.
• Market Analysis :
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Operational Compliance :
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
• Cross-selling & Upselling :
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products or services to existing customers to drive additional revenue.
