JOB PURPOSE
Drive revenue, planning, activations, ROI for Upcountry channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To drive Upcountry Channel Revenue Pan Max
- Oversee execution of activities for all channels in upcountry and Ensure ROI Tracking
- Upcountry visits for business development- MECP, Navratna, Community
- Training of New Products for Upcountry team members
- Monthly Planning with all units
- Plan visit to various upcountry locations every month for co-working and guidance
- Collaborate with all channel's heads such as Walk-In, Digital, MECP, PSU and Corporate
- Ensure timely production of Publications, Medical Journals, CME collaterals and other support material with help of the marketing team.
- Prepare competition mapping for the key regions every month
- Ensure adequate reach and penetration to new and existing upcountry locations.
- Manage execution and daily reporting of Upcountry Customer programs
- Manage ERP, MIS for upcountry daily and monthly reports
- Interact with unit sales heads for planning and execution of their activities
- Campaign planning and execution of all unit and HO lead campaign
