Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Asst. Manager Inside Sales to manage inbound and outbound lead calls, follow up with potential clients, and coordinate between the Inside Sales and Field Sales teams. The role also involves conducting virtual demonstrations of our products and ensuring seamless communication to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities : 1. Lead Management : Handle incoming lead calls and inquiries. Follow up with potential clients via calls and emails. Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM. 2 Coordination : Act as a bridge between Inside Sales and Field Sales teams. Ensure smooth communication and lead handover between teams. Track the status of leads and support Field Sales with necessary information. 3. Virtual Demonstrations : Conduct online product demos for potential clients. Address client queries and provide product insights. 4. Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects. Ensure timely responses and follow-ups to increase conversion rates.
