Inside Sales Manager

Job descriptionCommunicate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers to drive interest and conversions. Maintain and strengthen relationships with school coordinators and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and increase product adoption. Perform both inbound and outbound calls to identify new business opportunities and qualify leads. Assist the field sales team by scheduling appointments and providing background support to improve conversion rates. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track sales data, and prepare reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in the CRM system. Ensure timely and effective follow-up on all qualified leads to maximize sales potential.
