We’re looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive / Business Analyst to help us grow our client base, manage communications, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through online platforms & industry directories
- Handle client communication via calls & emails
- Manage social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Coordinate and submit quotations
- Follow up with leads and assist in their decision-making journey
- Convert nurtured leads into satisfied customers
Requirements
Strong communication skills in Hindi & EnglishConfidence in handling client calls & emailsBasic knowledge of Excel & Gmail / OutlookOrganized, proactive, and good at follow-upsFriendly, convincing personalityPreferred Skills (Bonus)
Experience in sales or customer-facing rolesInterest in tech, RFID, software, or digital servicesCreate proper documentations.Qualification
