Position Overview
Evoluxon is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Analyst based in India to support operational growth across acquisitions, capital markets, and investment management. A core focus of this role will be assisting senior leadership in building out new business lines in fast-growing investment strategies, including logistics, industrial development, and data centers.
The Analyst will conduct market research, financial modeling, and business planning to help establish and scale initiatives aligned with Evoluxon’s global growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Pipeline Development
- Research high-growth sectors, emerging markets, and disruptive trends impacting industrial real estate and related fields.
- Track economic, demographic, and industry data to support new business line creation.
- Build and maintain databases of prospective partners, clients, and investment opportunities.
- Financial Analysis & Underwriting
- Develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives and ventures.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario testing for prospective opportunities.
- Support due diligence processes across financial, market, legal, and technical areas.
- Business Development & Strategic Expansion
- Assist in the design and launch of new business lines, including market entry strategies and go-to-market planning.
- Prepare presentations, investment proposals, and business plans for internal committees and external partners.
- Support relationship management with brokers, tenants, investors, and institutional partners in new verticals.
- Operational & Strategic Support
- Track progress of new ventures and maintain reporting dashboards.
- Provide analytical support for expansion strategy, capital sourcing, and project execution.
- Contribute to the refinement of Evoluxon’s long-term growth platform and sector diversification strategy.
Excel & Technical Skill Requirements
Core modeling : cash flows, DCF / NPV, IRR (XIRR), sensitivity / scenario analysis.Functions : VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS / SUMPRODUCT, IF / IFS, text / date functions, pivot tables.Data tools : Data Tables, Goal Seek, basic Power Query for cleaning datasets.Presentation : linking Excel outputs seamlessly into PowerPoint, ensuring clarity for investment committee use.Strong attention to model hygiene (clear structure, color coding, assumptions separation, error checks).(Experience with Argus, Power BI, or SQL is a plus but not required.)Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or related field.Preferred advanced credentials : MBA from a top business school (India or global), Chartered, Accountant (CA) qualification, Master’s degree in Finance or related specialization1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate development, or consulting preferred.Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to quickly assess new and unfamiliar sectors.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to draft professional presentations and reports.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, growth-oriented environment.Compensation & Benefits
