About the Role :

We’re looking for highly driven MBA graduates to kickstart their careers as Sales Account

Executives. In this role, you’ll learn the ins and outs of B2B sales, support experienced

account managers, and build your skills by interacting with retail clients and showcasing the

power of our retail SaaS platform. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to build a

strong foundation in SaaS sales and grow within a high-impact startup environment.

Responsibilities :

Role involves inside plus field sales

Assist in setting up and participating in client calls, demos, and follow-ups

Learn to articulate Pallet’s value proposition and product features

Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch materials

Maintain accurate customer data and interaction logs in CRM tools

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer

Success teams

Shadow and learn from senior sales professionals to develop consultative

selling skills

Requirements

MBA (Marketing / Sales or related specialization) from a recognized institution

Strong interest in sales, tech, and the retail ecosystem

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
