Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive

with 3-4 years of experience in business development, ideally within the outsourcing

industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business

opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

This is an immediate requirement, and we are looking for someone who can join us and hit

the ground running.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and target new business opportunities

within the outsourcing industry, including lead generation, cold calling, and

prospecting new clients.

  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with
  • existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and
  • exceed business development targets, focusing on generating new business and

    expanding existing accounts.

  • Negotiation & Closing : Lead contract negotiations, closing deals, and ensuring the
  • timely onboarding of new clients while maintaining client satisfaction.

  • Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to understand industry
  • trends, competitor activities, and client needs, leveraging insights to shape

    proposals and business strategies.

  • Proposal & Presentation Preparation : Prepare compelling sales presentations,
  • proposals, and customized solutions based on the specific needs of potential

    clients.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with internal teams (including
  • marketing, project management, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of

    client projects and deliverables.

  • Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all client interactions,
  • sales activities, and business opportunities. Provide regular reports to senior

    management on performance, progress, and strategies.

  • Networking & Brand Promotion : Participate in industry events, webinars, and
  • conferences to promote the companys services and expand the network.

    Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : 3-4 years of experience in business development, preferably within the
  • outsourcing industry or B2B services.

  • Fluent in English : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
  • communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Must have exceptional
  • communication skills to interact with senior executives, clients, and prospects.

  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven : A proactive, goal-oriented individual with a
  • passion for business growth and client success.

  • Negotiation & Closing Skills : Ability to lead negotiations, close deals, and achieve
  • sales targets consistently.

  • Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and provide
  • innovative solutions to meet client needs and business objectives.

  • Industry Knowledge : Knowledge of the outsourcing industry and market trends will
  • be a significant advantage.

  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft
  • Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
