Sunarc Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth in our IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a proven ability to build lasting client relationships , and a passion for achieving ambitious sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading the entire sales cycle , and expanding our market presence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets, and key clients within the IT sector.
- Lead the entire sales cycle , from initial lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships , understanding their needs and positioning our IT solutions effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Skills and Expertise
Proven experience as a Senior Business Development Executive or in a similar IT sales role.Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including software development , cloud services, and digital transformation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .Strategic thinker with a results-driven and proactive mindset.Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.Qualifications
