Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing property portfolios, lease administration, negotiating leases, and overseeing real estate transactions. Additional responsibilities include managing commercial real estate projects, ensuring properties are in compliance with regulations and company policies, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain property operations and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management
• Familiarity with Lease Administration and Leases
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
