As part of the Investment Sales team, you will be responsible for pitching our real estate projects to HNWIs, UHNIs, family offices, NRIs, institutional investors, and other high-capacity clients who are capable of making significant upfront investments. Unlike traditional sales focused on end-users, this role requires an investment-oriented consultative approach, highlighting project ROI, appreciation potential, rental yields, and portfolio diversification benefits.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, source, and build relationships with high-net-worth and institutional investors.
2. Present and pitch our real estate projects as investment opportunities tailored to client portfolios.
3. Conduct detailed financial discussions covering ROI projections, asset appreciation, and exit strategies.
4. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, finance, project management) to prepare investment decks, financial models, and sales material.
5. Represent the company at investor forums, roadshows, and private networking events.
6. Negotiate and close investment deals, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain strong post-sales relationships for repeat and referral business.
8. Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging investment patterns in real estate.
Key Skills & Competencies
1. Strong background in investment sales, wealth management, private banking, or luxury asset sales.
2. Excellent presentation, financial analysis, and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to understand investor needs and translate project features into compelling investment propositions.
4. Strong networking capabilities and an established HNI / NRI client base (preferred).
