Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Senior Sales Manager at Square Yards UAE, located in Noida. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, developing strategic plans to grow the customer base, and cultivating strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include leading a team of sales professionals, conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The position also requires preparing sales reports, coordinating with other departments, and continuously improving sales processes.

  • Experience in Sales Management and Business Development
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in Real Estate is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
