Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Shortlist profiles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit

Maintain candidate database and ensure a smooth communication flow

Support end-to-end hiring processes and documentation

✅ What We’re Looking For : 0–2 years of HR or recruitment experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Comfortable working across time zones and with global teams

Interest in social media, content creators, and influencer space is a big plus!
