We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager - Corporate Quality with a strong Electronics background and specific expertise in Electronic Switches manufacturing . The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader responsible for heading various projects, managing all quality assurance functions, driving significant quality improvements, and achieving substantial warranty cost reduction. You will be adept at overcoming complex business challenges, making high-stakes decisions, and leading customer interactions with OEMs for new product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Leadership & Project Management : As the Head of different projects , you will manage all quality assurance functions , ensuring excellence across the organization.
• Quality & Cost Improvement : Drive initiatives for significant quality improvement and achieve substantial Warranty cost reduction , directly impacting profitability.
• Strategic Decision-Making : Apply your expertise to overcome complex business challenges and make high-stakes decisions that align with corporate quality objectives.
• Customer & OEM Engagement : Lead Customer Interaction with OEMs for New Product Development , ensuring quality requirements are met from concept to launch.
