Duties and Responsibilities
- Should have good experience in handling payroll & Statutory Compliance and Compensation.
- Maintain data in software or by Excel.
- Maintain attendance records of all employees (Paid Leave, Unpaid Leave, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave).
- Maintain salary details of employees including all break ups.
- Ensure receipt of all supporting documents related to Full & Final Settlement.
- Generate all employee letters during the employee life cycle.
- Medical Insurance compliance.
- Organize and manage new employee orientation, and training programs.
- Sharing the calculation for notice buyout of resigned employee.
- Monthly sharing information to payroll team for resigned, revoke and separated employee and highlighting the nature of payout based on special approval.
- Oversees and maintains the optimal function of the HRIS.
- Managing End to End Exit Cases, Handling escalation for employee grievances across all entities pertaining to Exit, and HRIS for on-roll.
- Make sure all the grievances are addressed within a timeframe with resolutions.
- Event organizing on office event, festival.
- Must have experience on HR connects with employee.
- Good experience on Employee provident fund and Medical insurance, etc.
Experience Preferred :
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.5+ years of Experience as HR Executive.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Minimum 4 years of work experience in Payroll and Exit Management.Experience in executing core HR & engagement processes while leading / working with a team.People & Relationship Management.Stakeholder Management.Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.Skills Required
