Role & Responsibility-

1. Roll out weekly pulse check survey to 1500 + employees to capture inputs

• Ensure master data base is updated at all times for an effective roll out.
• Work closely with senior management members to ensure the list is well updated.
• Roll out necessary communications to drive response rate, ensure email responses are captured on a regular basis
• Work on multiple data base list to identify new list of recipients for the following weeks and roll out necessary communications.

2. Capture the data in multiple analytics tools to work towards :
