• Manage Recruitment and Onboarding : Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and selection. Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, ensuring they are integrated effectively into the company.
• Handle Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Foster a positive work environment by addressing issues promptly and fairly.
• Administer Performance Management : Support the performance management process by coordinating reviews, providing guidance to managers, and helping employees with development plans to enhance their performance.
