What You’ll Be Doing :
- Channel Partner Growth : Drive consistent month-on-month growth by onboarding high-intent, high-quality channel partners.
- Lead Generation & Conversion : Generate qualified leads through multiple channels and convert them into active partners, ensuring a healthy pipeline.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with newly onboarded partners to foster long-term collaboration and support.
- Churn Management : Reduce first-month churn by implementing effective retention strategies for newly acquired partners.
- First-Month Placements : Ensure newly acquired partners meet their initial placement targets within the first month.
- Infrastructure Expansion : Collaborate with partners to scale their tele-caller capacity and align infrastructure with business hiring needs.
- Business Development Strategy : Contribute to the design and execution of strategies that expand the partner network and drive overall business growth.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You :
Have 3+ years of experience in offline sales and business development, with a strong focus on partner acquisition.Excel in lead generation and conversion , both on-ground and through other channels.Possess basic analytical and technical skills to support sales initiatives.Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals.Bring prior experience in BDM supply, ground sales, or B2B sales , ideally with organizations that rely on offline channels (e.g., hyperlocal, hospitality, staffing, or on-demand service sectors).
