Your Impact : Strategic & Operational Leadership
Drive L&D excellence across the employee lifecycle :
LMS & System Management
Administer Learning Management System (LMS) including Salesforce integration
Upload, test, and publish e-learning content
Generate training dashboards and analytics reports
Program Leadership
Execute technical, behavioral and compliance trainings
Manage training calendar and scheduling
Vendor partnership : Instructor evaluation and contract management
Operational Excellence
Maintain training repositories (materials, budgets, PR / POs)
Resolve employee training queries
Ensure compliance training adherence
Future-Focused Initiatives
Support leadership development programs
Implement innovative learning assessment frameworks
Drive engagement through ERG groups
⚡ Who You Are
A proactive innovator with :
4-8 years
in L&D / HR operations (energy / manufacturing preferred)
LMS & Salesforce expertise : Configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
Data proficiency : Excel / Power BI for training analysis
Collaboration : Experience with cross-cultural stakeholders
Ownership mindset : Self-driven execution focus
Essentials
Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR / Business / Psychology
Training program design / delivery expertise
Excellent communication skills
EPC or manufacturing experience must
PowerPoint mastery for executive presentations
