dynamic Training & Development Manager

to design, implement, and oversee learning and development initiatives across the University.

What You’ll Do : Lead end-to-end

training programs.

Develop

innovative learning solutions

– workshops, e-learning, assessments, and engagement activities.

Partner with leadership to

identify skill gaps

and implement development plans.

Drive a culture of

continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence .

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in

Training & Development

(corporate or academic sector).

Strong skills in

instructional design, facilitation, and program management .

Creative, strategic, and results-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and

stakeholder management

skills.
