Job Summary
We are seeking a CRM Manager to implement and manage the local CRM system, ensuring accurate PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) data collection and compliance. This role is also positioned as a talent pipeline for future business and sales leadership roles, making it ideal for young, high-potential professionals looking to grow in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain CRM systems for Accra BMMC, ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Validate and analyze PSI data to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company data governance policies, improving quality and security.
- Train staff on CRM usage and best practices, promoting adoption across the business.
- Support reporting and analytics to enhance operational visibility and performance.
Qualifications and Skills
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).3+ years’ experience in marketing or sales; background in the ceramics / tiles industry is an advantage.IT literacy with strong Excel / data processing skills; CRM system knowledge preferred.Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.Quick learner with high resilience and stress tolerance.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.Sales potential and career ambition will be key selection factors.What We Offer
