Email Campaign Manager

Job descriptionManage end-to-end campaign execution, including setup, data selection, rollout (creatives not included), and reporting. Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns across Oracle platforms (Responsys, Unity, Infinity IQ). Create and manage customer workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies. Develop insights from complex data sets and present actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients. Write and optimize SQL queries using advanced PL / SQL concepts for audience creation and performance tuning. Conduct A / B testing and hyper-personalization campaigns to improve engagement. Compile campaign performance reports ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and business relevance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, accounts, creative, digital marketing) to ensure cohesive campaign execution. 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys. Strong experience in Oracle Unity CDP implementation (minimum 2 customers). Experience in developing BI reports with Oracle Infinity IQ, including dashboard insights. Proven track record in hyper-personalization and A / B testing campaigns. Proficient in SQL / PL-SQL with expertise in writing complex queries and performance optimization.
