Job Purpose

We are seeking an exceptionally talented engineer who is ready to relocate to Costa Rica and to join our growing software engineering team with a strong focus on applied AI.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams to design and build scalable, AI-driven solutions that address real-world challenges across the organization.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust technical solutions that enhance productivity and operational Skills

Desired Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of work experience.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
• Solid understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) concepts, with familiarity in working with language models.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and a passion for solving complex, real-world problems.
• Knowledge of vector databases and relevant data structures.
• Working experience with various databases and messaging technologies such as SQL, Redis, and Kafka is a strong plus.
• Expertise in Software Life Cycle management methodologies and tools, including Git and JIRA.
