We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of all web and mobile affiliate campaigns, with a focus on driving performance, scaling our partner network, and optimising ROI. The ideal candidate has a strong hands-on background in performance marketing and a deep understanding of the affiliate landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management : Plan, set up, manage, and optimise performance-based campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE) across web and mobile platforms from a complete lifecycle perspective.
2. Affiliate Acquisition & Development : Identify, onboard, and develop strong, lasting partnerships with top-tier affiliates, publishers, and affiliate networks in relevant niches.
3. Performance Optimisation : Work closely with affiliates to help them optimise their campaigns and improve performance.
4. Monetisation & Inventory : Identify and list internal inventory on suitable affiliate platforms to drive external monetisation and traffic outsourcing.
5. Collaboration : Work with internal teams to create compelling affiliate offers, landing pages, and ad creatives tailored for performance.
6. Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyse campaign health, KPIs, and ROI using industry-standard tools (e.g., Trackier, Affise, Impact, HasOffers, GA4, GTM).
7. Negotiation & Compliance : Negotiate various payout models with affiliates, monitor for fraudulent activity, and ensure accurate tracking and timely payouts.
8. Strategic Reporting : Regularly report campaign insights, KPIs, and actionable strategies to the leadership team.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience running affiliate campaigns on web and mobile inventory.
2. Technical Expertise : Proven knowledge in managing ad placements on direct web and mobile inventory, including client onboarding, ad serving, and performance optimisation.
3. Campaign Execution : Expertise in end-to-end campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE) across web and mobile platforms, setup and execution, including pixel implementation, offer setup, and attribution tracking.
4. Platform Proficiency : Proficient in using affiliate and campaign tracking platforms such as Trackier, HasOffers, Affise, and Impact.
5. Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) : Strong working knowledge of MMPs like AppsFlyer, Singular, and Adjust is a - MUST- .
6. Analytical Skills : A performance-driven mindset with the ability to leverage tools like GA4, GTM, Hotjar, and SimilarWeb to analyse and enhance campaign performance.
