Role Overview
The CRM Account Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end CRM operations on LeadSquared , driving automation for lead generation and nurturing, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns across QHT Clinic and TheURoots. The role focuses on improving client / patient engagement, data-driven insights, and process efficiency through CRM automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day CRM operations on LeadSquared, ensuring accurate data management and smooth process flow.
- Design and implement automation workflows for lead capture, distribution, follow-ups, patient / client engagement, and campaign tracking.
- Drive lead generation and upscaling of campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp) through automation within LeadSquared.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline campaign execution, reporting, and integration of automation with existing processes.
- Track, analyze, and report CRM & automation performance using LeadSquared dashboards.
- Ensure adoption of LeadSquared features across teams with training and support.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely follow-ups through automated reminders and workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
Mandatory experience in LeadSquared CRM (automation workflows, campaign tracking, dashboards).Strong understanding of CRM automation and lead management processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage CRM processes across two brands (QHT Clinic & TheURoots).Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.3–6 years of hands-on experience with LeadSquared CRM.Experience in healthcare / wellness / service industries preferred.Key Attributes
