We are seeking an HR Associate who will contribute across Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions, ensuring our people agenda supports the organization's growth. The role requires a proactive professional who can manage hiring, employee engagement, core HR operations, and support payroll activities with a working knowledge of payroll fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities : -
Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring timely closure with quality talent.
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Maintain a proactive talent pipeline through referrals, networking, and market mapping.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial interaction to onboarding.
HR Generalist & Engagement
Facilitate onboarding, induction, and integration of new hires.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing timely and professional support. Assist in performance management and capability-building initiatives.
Payroll & Compliance Support
Basic knowledge of payroll processes with the ability to coordinate effectively with the concerned team for timely and accurate execution.
Support in maintaining employee records and ensuring adherence to organizational processes and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. 2–4 years of combined TA and HR Generalist experience, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment.
Familiarity with basic payroll processes, HRIS systems, and Indian labor laws. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
