Key Responsibilities :
- Inbound and Outbound Calls :
- Handle incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, or requests for products / services.
- Make outbound calls to prospects, leads, or existing customers to promote products / services or gather feedback.
- Lead Generation & Sales :
- Generate leads through cold calling or follow-ups, converting potential customers into sales or prospects.
- Present products or services effectively and answer questions related to features, benefits, and pricing.
- Upsell or cross-sell products or services as per customer needs.
- Customer Support :
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, resolving issues, or providing information on products and services.
- Offer personalized support by understanding customer requirements and providing relevant solutions.
- Record Keeping & Reporting :
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales activity in CRM tools or other platforms.
- Provide feedback and regular reports on customer queries, sales performance, or product-related feedback to management.
- Customer Relationship Building :
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow-up with customers regularly to check on their needs or satisfaction levels.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance :
- Adhere to company guidelines, scripts, and processes during all customer interactions.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure ethical handling of customer information and transactions.
