ROLE : UK / EU Recruiter
Job Description
As a UK / EU Recruiter, you will lead the talent acquisition efforts for our UK / EU operations. You&aposll be the key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process and will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Your goal will be to attract and hire top talent that aligns with our company&aposs values and goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and skill fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience of 3-5 years as a recruiter, preferably in the UK / EU market.Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the UK / EU.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software and GDPR.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Skills
