Job descriptionUtilize LinkedIn, Email Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Campaigns for client outreach. Run targeted campaigns to generate quality leads for vendor empanelment opportunities. Analyze and optimize digital campaigns for better ROI and visibility. Manage company presence on LinkedIn and other digital platforms to attract prospective clients. Track and report lead generation and conversion metrics regularly. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Recruitment Sales. Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools like Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, and Email Automation tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of lead generation and client onboarding processes. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Experience in B2B sales for recruitment or staffing companies. Knowledge of CRM tools for lead tracking. Basic understanding of content creation for digital campaigns.

About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong understanding of Digital Marketing to acquire new clients for vendor empanelment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, onboarding clients, and promoting our staffing and recruitment solutions through effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Vendor Empanelment
- Identify and connect with potential clients for vendor empanelment in staffing and hiring services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and procurement teams of client organizations.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
