Location : Chennai (Field-based + Office)

Type : Full-Time

Role Summary :

Actively seek out new business opportunities through field visits, partnerships, and client interactions.

Responsibilities :

Visit architects, property brokers, and material vendors
Distribute brochures and build referral network
Identify and pitch to potential construction clients
Assist in closing deals by scheduling client meetings

Skills :

Excellent communication & networking ability

Basic understanding of construction business

Fluent in Tamil, English a plus
