Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with potential customers from digital lead sources and convert them into successful sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions for LED, Solar, and Renewable Energy products.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead conversion strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to offer informed solutions to customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 1-3 years in sales, preferably in LED, Solar, Renewable Energy, or a similar B2B industry.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with solar energy, LED technology, or renewable energy solutions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated : Ability to work independently and drive sales success.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in handling digital sales leads.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
