Job Summary :
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development, executing sales strategies, and managing field sales activities to maximize revenue growth. This role will involve building and nurturing partnerships, leading the sales team, and contributing to the company's market presence.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets aligned with company goals.
- Drive business development initiatives including identifying new markets, clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet sales quotas and improve performance.
- Manage field sales operations, including travel to client locations and partner sites for relationship building and sales presentations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present regular updates to senior management.

- Manage the sales budget and authorize expenditures to optimize cost-efficiency.
- Resolve escalated client issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
