About the Role :
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead real estate sales operations at our Wakad location. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the real estate industry, with strong team leadership and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the on-ground sales team to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
- Generate, manage, and convert leads into successful closures.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Drive sales strategies for new project launches and ongoing inventory movement.
- Build and maintain strong client, broker, and channel partner relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Support the team in negotiation and deal structuring to close high-value transactions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.
Requirements :
4–7 years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential / commercial).Strong leadership and team-handling skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market, especially Wakad and nearby areas.Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).What We Offer :
