About the Role :
We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who thrives on scaling businesses and driving growth across diverse marketplaces. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling B2B technology product solutions, e-commerce enablement products, or digital transformation tools—and can strategically open new markets while nurturing key partnerships. Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, prospect, and onboard strategic clients across domestic and international markets.
- Develop and execute a scalable business development strategy to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation to deal closure—for B2B technology product solutions and e-commerce tech solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across marketplaces, aggregators, and enterprise clients.
- Analyze emerging market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams to optimise solution positioning and client retention.
- Establish sales metrics, conversion funnels, and performance dashboards for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to build brand visibility and credibility.
Requirements :
5–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in e-commerce, B2B technology product solutions, or digital technology sectors.Proven success in selling tech-enabled solutions to medium or large-scale enterprises.Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Nykaa, etc.) and their operational dynamics.Experience in creating scalable sales frameworks and using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Data-driven decision-maker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment with minimal supervision.Skills Required
