Role Overview :
- As an Enterprise Sales Manager - Technology, you'll take ownership of building high-value enterprise accounts, leading solution-based sales efforts for services like CRM platforms, mobile apps, websites, and full-stack digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Business Development for the technology services vertical at TMA.Own and grow revenue from large B2B and enterprise accounts across sectors.Identify new business opportunities, develop GTM strategies, and expand the tech client base.Drive end-to-end sales cycles : proposal building, solution pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.Maximize account value by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, creative, strategy) to deliver tailored solutions.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term engagement.Must-Have Experience & Skills :
7+ years in Technology / SaaS / Enterprise Solution Sales.Proven success in closing large-scale B2B deals and managing enterprise accounts.Experience in selling CRM systems, mobile applications, websites, or digital transformation services.Proficient in consultative selling, pipeline management, and proposal creation.Familiarity with working in agency environments or solution-based sales setups.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.About The Marcom Avenue :
