Role Overview :

Lead staging, warehouse, and design teams across Mumbai micro-markets :

• You will oversee multiple operational teams that handle staging, warehousing, and design execution across assigned micro-markets in Mumbai. This includes driving day-to-day coordination, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards across all touchpoints.

Build SOPs and systems to improve efficiency and quality of staging :

Set up quality audits, contractor incentive structures, and IMS roll-outs :

Build and manage a network of contractors, vendors, and procurement partners :

Drive financial control and cost management :

Oversee on-ground execution in 1-2 micro-markets directly :

Has experience of building and leading vendor networks and ground teams :

Is detail-oriented with a strong track record of system building :
