Head - Quality - Real Estate Sector

Job Purpose : Responsible for ensuring Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes are implemented and followed at all the project sites to enable execution of projects complying to quality Design & Execute operational plan in establishing Quality structure, resource management, etc. ensuring compliance to quality standards.

2. Deploy resources for Quality on various sites as per requirement shared by the project heads taking care of site quality.

3. Cascade departmental goals to the individual level for Quality team.

4. Ensure preparation of quality assurance plans for quality check of site material, site processes, etc. in consultation with process owners like MEP, Project Site teams, etc.

5. Ensure setting up of and implementation of quality processes at project sites.

6. Have knowledge of all the quality standards for real estate sector.

7. Ensure all the quality norms are followed by all the project sites.

8. Ensure all quality audits are performed regularly to ensure the functioning of the sites as per prescribed standards.

9. Review all the reports and trackers on progress of each project and ensure smooth facilities management of all sites.

10 Manage Quality teams at all the sites and perform performance appraisal for all the direct reports as per PMS deadlines.

Educational Requirements : Bachelors in any field / MBA

Relevant Experience : 20 years of experience in the Projects / Quality Management in Commercial & Residential with at least 15 years of experience in quality management.

Skills & Competencies Required :

Technical Skills : Knowledge of construction industry , contract labour laws, budgeting & accounting, and developing and implementing new procedures, Quality standards for Real Estate Industry

Behaviour Skills : Decision making ability; Analytical ability; Ability to foster collaborative work environment; Customer orientation; Oral & written communication skills.
