Role Summary :

Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through residential property sales

- Provide market insights, negotiate deals, and offer expert property advice
- Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties
- Engage with HNI clients, conduct meetings, and offer personalized service
- Perform market analysis to estimate property values
- Coordinate with internal CRM and product teams for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and share regular updates with the team
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and construction activity
- Regularly engage with channel partners to generate business
