About the role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager who will oversee daily business operations, ensure efficient project execution and maintain coordination between sales teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with prior experience in real estate project management or operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and streamline day-to-day operations of real estate projects from sourcing to closing.
• Coordinate between sales team to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor site progress, vendor activities, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for management review.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and provide solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.
