Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of multiple properties under the PMS portfolio
• Coordinate with property managers, maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors
• Oversee tenant relations, ensuring prompt response to queries, complaints, and service requests
• Prepare and manage budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting
• Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and tenant satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, property policies, and relevant statutory regulations
• Lead and mentor the operations team to maintain high performance and motivation
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and manage service quality
• Generate regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, maintenance status, and operational challenges
