Description
We are looking for an HR Executive and Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the Indian job market context, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. The role will involve supporting the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Provide support in employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Assist in performance management processes, such as goal setting and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
- Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field1-3 years of experience in HR role, preferably in IndiaStrong knowledge of HR processes and best practicesExperience in recruitment and onboarding processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in MS Office and HR softwareFamiliarity with labor laws and regulationsSkills Required
