Recruitment : -

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screening,
  • interviews).
  • Collaborate with department heads on hiring needs.
  • Build employer brand and talent pipeline.

Employee Engagement : -

  • Develop engagement programs to boost satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct surveys and implement feedback.
  • Facilitate communication and recognition programs

    • Performance Management : -

  • Administer performance appraisals and goal-setting.
  • Set KPIs with managers and provide feedback training.
  • Identify training needs and monitor performance metrics.
