Job description
- At this level your work will typically focus on delivering quality customer service and continuously improving service delivery.
- Core activities and outcomes at this level may include :
- Investigate and respond to queries through various communication channels as appropriate
- Helpdesk : First point of contact for Capita managers and employees for queries
- Payroll : Inputting, processing and checking payroll transactions in a timely manner.
- Pensions : learn the rules governing the different pensions schemes and apply these when assisting customers and stakeholders
- HR Administration : Covers a broad spectrum of processes. Key activity is the managing of HR Operations tasks within Workday and supporting Onboarding activity.
- Learning : Content design, development and deployment.
- Resourcing : Sourcing, sifting and interviewing candidates. As well as coordinating assessments and the start of the onboarding
