To support the Human Resources function with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition and day-to-day HR Operations.
This role requires strong recruitment expertise, coordination skills, and the ability to assist in implementing HR processes effectively. The candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth execution of hiring plans, employee engagement activities, and operational HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition process (sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding)
- Support daily HR operations including attendance, documentation, and HRIS updates
- Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers for position requirements
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Participate in employee engagement and communication initiatives
- Handle vendor coordination and basic payroll / HR administration support
- Provide assistance to the HR Manager in various HR projects and policy implementation
Looking for :
Graduate (mandatory); Postgraduate in HR preferred4–5 years of experience in HR domain, focusing on Talent Acquisition & OperationsOpen to candidates from any industry background
